Look at my little rock star! He he! His hair is finally long enough to play with!! I know, I know my poor little boy. He's very patient with me though. He just sits there with his mouth hanging open wondering what-the- heck is mom doing to me. I love playing with him. He makes me laugh like no one else can and I cherish every minute.

So, it was Matts turn to give Caleb a bath last night! It only took a little hinting ( "Go ahead Caleb get as dirty as you want cause daddy's giving you a bath tonight!!" I said loud and clear while Matt was busy destroying all the 13 year olds on Call of duty 4) . Matt knew I wasn't feeling great last night so he said farewell to his comrades and got Calebs bath ready. I was able to finnish my dinner and read a little more Harry Potter (yes I'm reading the series again). Of course I had to take a break in between bites to check on my boys. I love watching them together. They're both so fun. I love the way Caleb smiles at Matt. And I love the way Matts eyes light up when he see's his little man smiling up at him. They are quite the pair. I can only imagine the trouble they'll be getting into in a couple years.... Lord give me strength!

Caleb's been scooting around for a month now, and he's loving it! He's not crawling with his hands and knees but he pulls himself around using his forearms, with help from his big toes!It's a funny sight. I giggle every time he spots something across the room that he's just got to have. Hes a man on a mission with his eyes bulging out and his lips puckered. He's learned he can open up my cabinets and scatter hot chocolate packages about, not to mention books, CDs ...anything and everything. I can't believe my "little" boy is going to 8 months tomorrow. Oh! Caleb just got his first tooth! I'll get some pictures up as soon as he let's me get a closer look. I've been bugging him so much to see it that he's careful not to open his mouth too much around me. So, when he least expects it I'll get a shot of his little pearl for all to see!

Sunny skies, animals, and friends!

Last Friday Caleb and I joined the Felde bunch to the San Antonio Zoo! We had an awesome time! The weather was perfect for once, and what better way to enjoy it than spend time with some great buddies ! (we love you guys!)

Say cheese! Caleb loved being out side, it was so much fun!

Yes, this is what me and my baby do all day! We roll around on the floor giggling and playing with toys and I treasure every minute of it! He is just pure joy! He's my angel! The day he was born I not only fell in love with him, but with Matt and God all over again. I am so blessed and thankful for the life I've been given. I know there are a lot of people out there who pride themselves on their fancy cars, huge homes, and all the money in the world to make them happy. But I can't imagine being anywhere else but hand-in-hand with my loving husband , in my old house, on my dirty floors, playing with the most beautiful baby boy.

Calebs 1st day at the beach...

We ventured down to southern Texas with Roger and Laurie to visit Christina, Jacob, and little Seth. It's always nice being with family! Christina and Jacob showed us the gulf coast, it wasn't a California beach but we had a blast! Caleb got to dip his little toes in the sand and water. At first he was a little hesitant but finally gave in and enjoyed himself! The water was warm and weather was heavenly.

My Boys....

I'm only 21 and I just can't believe how lucky I am. First of all, Matt my husband is the greatest friend I have ever had. He just gets me. He's my lobster! he he!!! And then there's Caleb. My little man. I never thought I could love someone so much.He brings me so much peace and happiness. When he looks up at me and smiles I always catch myself thinking " I've never seen anything so beautiful". The whole world disappears when I'm with my boys.. War, hunger, hate, all that is evil in this world vanishes with Caleb's little smirk and Matt's loving arms.
